NextGen is coached and overseen by Knights technical staff — not outsourced coaches or parent volunteers. The methods, drills, and culture are consistent with the senior programme. That coherence is intentional.
Advanced-tier athletes work directly alongside Knights staff and have structured opportunities to observe senior training sessions throughout the season.
