Club Volunteer

The Role

Spintex Knights Sporting Club is building a volunteer team to support the club’s matchday activities, community programs, media operations, fan experiences, and commercial activations. This is an opportunity for passionate, reliable, and energetic individuals to contribute to one of Ghana’s leading sports institutions while gaining practical experience in sports management, events, media, community engagement, marketing, and operations.

You Will

• Support matchday activities including fan coordination, guest support, seating assistance, merchandise support, and general event operations
• Assist with community activations, school visits, outreach programs, and fan engagement activities
• Support media and content teams with behind-the-scenes coordination, interviews, basic production assistance, and content logistics
• Help with membership sign-ups, fan data collection, surveys, and supporter engagement
• Assist with setup, branding, sponsor visibility, banners, flyers, and other event materials
• Support merchandise sales, product displays, inventory checks, and customer assistance during games and activations
• Help coordinate VIP guests, first-time fans, partners, families, and invited groups where required
• Represent the club positively and professionally at all assigned activities

You Have

• Strong interest in sports, basketball, events, media, community work, marketing, or club operations
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and willing to work as part of a team
• Good communication and people skills
• Comfortable engaging with fans, guests, players, partners, and community members
• Ability to support activities on matchdays, weekends, evenings, or during special club events where required
• Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities based on club needs
• Basic experience in events, media, sales, customer service, volunteering, or community work is an advantage
• Passion for helping build a serious, community-rooted sports institution
