Community Engagement Officer
Spintex, Accra/Full-time
The Role
Spintex Knights runs a 30-week community activation programme across the Spintex corridor every season.
You will be the face of the Knights in the neighbourhood, building sustained relationships that make us a permanent community institution.
You Will
- Plan, coordinate, and execute our activation calendar for the Spintex corridor
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, NGOs, and local leaders
- Represent the club at community events and activations
- Report on community engagement metrics and reach
You Have
- Minimum 2 years experience in community engagement, NGO, CSR, or event management
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort representing an organisation publicly
- Based in or able to commute to Spintex reliably
